12:36 <DanChapman> So I have some good news this week. Managed to get Dekko's start time by ~3 seconds and is alot more snappier. Also managed to get memory usage down by almost 1/3. So i'm quite pleased with the result.

12:38 <popey> Had long conversations with Product Managers about dekko in the build.
12:38 <popey> Mostly around whether it's "Mail" or "Dekko" and whether there's a separate build or just the one you already upload
12:39 <popey> There's no consensus, so we kinda kicked it into the long grass by postponing until OTA-10
12:39 <popey> which gives more breathing room and allows us to spend some time convincing them of the plan being the right one
12:40 <popey> But my aim is still for there to be "Mail" and "Dekko (beta)" for the brave.

12:41 <DanChapman> Is there any bugs they want fixed for MWC?
12:41 <popey> Not had any specifically filed yet.
12:41 <popey> Let me see... They did some testing of various apps, I don't think dekko was on that list.

12:51 <DanChapman> On the topic of notifications, i've been in talks with Niklas the past week. Discussing the polld plugin functionality. So i think he is going to be starting working on that again in the near future
