I was not able to fix it fully so far, I am counting on upstream suggestions in that area. 15:36 <dgadomski> - kept working on reproducing bug #1297849, no success, but I'm going to backport some upstream commits removing dependency on shell version, which should solve it. I am going to do some tests and discuss it with cyphermox. 15:36 <dgadomski> - upstream developers identified the cause of bug #1464645 to be related to libsmbclient rather than gvfs, reported upstream bug https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=752481, although a commit backport is required to enable kerberos login instead of anonymous (https://git.gnome.org/browse/gvfs/commit/?id=a0aec32). 15:37 <dgadomski> and that's it 15:37 <seb128> dgadomski, I saw that nm/number of connection bug discuted on debian channel, did you follow the discussion there/talk with them about it? 15:38 <seb128> or is that coincidences they are talking about it as well? 15:38 <dgadomski> seb128: no, I guess it was a coincidence 15:38 <Laney> I bet smcv saw the bug come in 15:38 <seb128> k, I'm going to have a look to the logs after the meeting see if I can give you an useful pointer/info 15:38 <dgadomski> seb128: I will check the irclog about that, do you remember when was that? 15:38 <seb128> Laney, likely yes 15:38 <Laney> oh no 15:39 <Laney> it was one day before :P 15:39 <seb128> dgadomski, jul 15 on #debian-gnome 15:39 <Laney> dgadomski: there was no real discussion, just someone asking why the limit was raised 15:39 <seb128> not sure if that channel has IRC logs? 15:39 <seb128> juil. 15 12:11:27 <smcv> mbiebl: I think it's madness to have random daemons unilaterally changing the system bus' global limits 15:39 <Laney> but the other guy didn't reply 15:40 <seb128> Laney, ^ that one? 15:40 <Laney> y 15:40 <Laney> a 15:40 <seb128> I don't have the start of the discussion 15:40 <seb128> what daemon are they talking about? 15:40 <Laney> nm 15:40 <seb128> k, so today nm already change the limit? 15:40 <seb128> or they were talking about doing that as a fix for dgadomski's mentioned issue? 15:40 <Laney> yes probably for this issue 15:40 <Laney> but any number can be too low I guess 15:41 <Laney> if you have more connections than that 15:41 <seb128> right 15:41 <seb128> let's check debian bugs report after the meeting 15:41 <seb128> dgadomski, thanks 15:41 <Laney> so retrying seems sensible 15:41 <seb128> #topic didrocks 15:41 <seb128> didrocks, hey 15:41 <didrocks> hey 15:41 <didrocks> * Was on holidays until Friday.
