13:01 <popey> hi kunal (and hi renatu )
13:01 <kunal> Hi
13:01 <kunal> how are you
13:01 <popey> great thanks! sunny days.
13:02 <popey> Hows things with you?
13:02 <renatu> good thanks
13:02 <kunal> I am also doing well
13:03 <popey> Ok, how did you get on with those merges from last week?
13:03 <kunal> so except one, other MR is fine
13:03 <kunal> and one I am debugging
13:03 <kunal> I now know the issue, so working on fix
13:04 <popey> Ok.
13:04 <popey> James isn't about. I want him to look at your merges with the grey highlight
13:05 <kunal> yes, I think we can set some proper color, I have some guide ho thickness of border
13:05 <kunal> but I guess behavior vis MR is fine
13:05 <popey> ok
13:05 <kunal> popey, can you tell me how to set change locale
13:06 <kunal> to make monday as start of week
13:06 <popey> on your desktop or on the phone?
13:06 <kunal> like here
13:06 <kunal> http://91.189.93.70:8080/job/generic-mediumtests-utopic/2893/artifact/calendar_app.tests.test_weekview.TestWeekView.test_selecting_a_day_switches_to_day_view.ogv
13:06 <kunal> on desktop
13:06 <popey> you on ubuntu or something else?
13:06 <kunal> ubuntu
13:07 <kunal> on ubuntu throught VM
13:07 <popey> ok, it is in system settings -> language support -> regional formats (tab)
13:07 <popey> change to English (United Kingdom) for example
13:08 <kunal> ok
13:08 <kunal> let me try that
13:09 <kunal> I thought there is some command
13:09 <kunal> that will change locale of that terminal only
13:09 <popey> I don't think so.
13:10 <kunal> ok
13:10 <kunal> then I will change through setting
13:12 <popey> ok.
13:13 <popey> I spoke to balloons about moving all the core apps on jenkins to vivid
13:13 <popey> it seems there's a problem on the jenkins side
13:13 <popey> so we may have to switch off the autopilot tests on landing
13:13 <popey> which means we need to be a bit more careful about landing things as they won't get the autopilot tests running on jenkins for every merge
13:14 <popey> A silver lining to that cloud is that landings will happen a lot quicker ㋛
13:14 <balloons> lol
13:14 <popey> oh hai balloons
13:15 <popey> just after I manage to make a patch to the AP tests that makes them run faster!
13:15 <kunal> ok, right
13:15 <kunal> I see those
13:15 <kunal> seen
13:17 <popey> ok
13:17 <kunal> so I was fixing this bug
13:17 <kunal> https://code.launchpad.net/bugs/1347836
13:17 <kunal> looks like renatu , fix is already merged
13:17 <kunal> but not sure if its released
13:18 <kunal> renatu, Can you have another look at this MR
13:18 <kunal> https://code.launchpad.net/~pkunal-parmar/ubuntu-calendar-app/SettingToAccountSetup/+merge/254478
13:19 <kunal> may be this as well
13:19 <kunal> https://code.launchpad.net/~pkunal-parmar/ubuntu-calendar-app/UrlInvocation/+merge/255234
13:21 <renatu> sure
13:21 <popey> thanks renatu
13:22 <kunal> thanks
13:23 <popey> renatu: any progress on buteo at all? or is that not started yet?
13:24 <kunal> popey, James told last week that he is going to share design about convergence
13:24 <kunal> did you got any design ?
13:24 <popey> not yet
13:24 <popey> I think they're at a sprint right now so a bit busy
13:24 <popey> I'll remind him though
13:25 <kunal> ok, no problem
13:26 <popey> I'll push a new version to the store once some of these merges land
13:27 <kunal> ok
13:28 <popey> Anything else?
13:28 <kunal> Can you review this MR
13:28 <kunal> https://code.launchpad.net/~pkunal-parmar/ubuntu-calendar-app/ReadOnlyCal/+merge/261075
13:28 <kunal> I am not sure if EDS patch is landed or not
13:28 <kunal> but when I tried patch locally works for me
13:29 * popey looks
13:30 <popey> that works well!
13:30 <kunal> ok
13:30 <popey> does it work when editing an existing event?
13:31 <popey> I mean, if I click on an existing birthday (I don't have any in my calendar)
13:32 <kunal> right, I am not sure what happens on edit event
13:32 <popey> ok, will try and test that
13:32 <kunal> when event is created on birthday calendar
13:32 <kunal> I will too
13:32 <popey> thanks
13:32 <kunal> but who adds event to that calendar ?
13:33 <kunal> I am desktop calendar also does not allow to add event on that calendar
13:33 <kunal> so how we can add to that and test ?
13:34 <popey> Good question! :D
13:34 <popey> I think they came from contacts in eds
13:34 <popey> if the contact has a birthday specified.
13:34 <kunal> ok
13:34 <kunal> ok
13:34 <popey> you should be able to test that by creating a contact in evolution, and specify a birthday
13:34 <popey> thats what I recall from the last time we discussed this.
13:34 <kunal> right, will try that
13:34 <popey> ok.
13:35 <kunal> BTW I started working on Ical import
13:35 <kunal> lp:~pkunal-parmar/ubuntu-calendar-app/ICalImport
13:35 <kunal> not sure if Content Hub works on desktop ?
13:35 <kunal> does it ?
13:36 <popey> well, I have a unity8 desktop I can test on
13:36 <popey> but you mean a unity 7 desktop?
13:36 <kunal> not sure, I am on 15.04
13:37 <kunal> anyway, I will try on phone
13:37 <popey> ok
13:37 <popey> i can test on the unity8 desktop
13:37 <kunal> but I guess, Browser or Content Hub also needs to add support for Ical file ?
13:38 <kunal> I can register calendar as possible handler
13:38 <kunal> if I do that, will it content hub forward those file to calendar
13:39 <kunal> or they need to add support ?
13:39 <popey> thats a question for kenvandine
13:39 <kenvandine> good idea
13:40 <kenvandine> what would you call that type? ContentType.Event ?
13:40 <kunal> works for me
13:40 <kenvandine> file a bug for it and we'll see :)
13:40 <popey> thanks kenvandine
13:40 <kunal> ok, I will, what is project BTW
13:44 <kenvandine> content-hub
13:46 <kunal> ok, thanks
13:46 <kunal> will file a bug
13:47 <kenvandine> thx
13:47 <popey> Great. Anything else kunal ?
13:48 <kunal> no, nothing else
13:48 <popey> Great, thanks kunal
