13:26 <ahayzen> heh i don't think any blockage but we need to have a discussion with the media-hub guys about how todo suspension+background playlists when they get around to implementing it (probably closer to '15)

13:29 <popey> their opinion (as I think I've mentioned) is that we shouldn't get into a situation where we "need" to have multiple versions of apps in the store
13:29 <ahayzen> i sense we are going to be having it again at some point
13:29 <popey> well, anyone who buys a (for example) BQ phone today, would not get an update to the music app
13:29 <popey> because the new new new one needs framework 2015 or whatever
13:30 <ahayzen> yep assuming they can't update to a later framework/image
13:30 <popey> so they would just update their phone OTA to the image which has 2015 framework
13:30 <popey> well, they will be able to ☻

13:31 <ahayzen> then we can patch the 'stable' if it needs fixes while working on the 'beta' with the new framework
