13:05 <popey> We're currently working with balloons to get the last autopilot fix in to enable us to get calendar passing tests
13:05 <popey> Once that's done (hopefully today) we can upload a new version to the store.
13:06 <balloons> hey.. so, we'll be tweaking how calendar is setup so it has a proper clean environment to run in
13:06 <balloons> the current change doesn't work with apparmor, so we'll be tweaking it a little
13:06 <pkunal-parmar> ok
13:08 <popey> On the subject of the last few merges..
13:08 <popey> https://code.launchpad.net/~pkunal-parmar/ubuntu-calendar-app/CalManagement/+merge/213355
13:08 <popey> that one failed jenkins..
13:08 <popey> not sure why.
13:08 <popey> ah.. http://91.189.93.70:8080/job/generic-mediumtests-utopic/350/testReport/junit/calendar_app.tests.test_calendar/TestMainView/test_new_event_with_mouse_/
13:09 <popey> balloons: any idea what's going on there ^
13:09 <pkunal-parmar> I thought it crashes on desktop,
13:09 <pkunal-parmar> so might be crashing there as well
13:09 <balloons> the test says it didn't get a new event
13:10 <balloons> but if pkunal-parmar says its not passing on the desktop / device, that's a good place to start
13:11 <popey> ah, that is on the desktop isnt it?
13:11 <pkunal-parmar> so those EDS and Qt Pim patches are released ?
13:12 <pkunal-parmar> right, at least for me it crashes
13:12 <pkunal-parmar> but works on device with certain EDS version
13:13 <popey> ok, I'll have to do some testing once we get the current trunk in the store and out of the way
13:14 <popey> I'll see if I can get some traces and throw that at renato
13:14 <popey> (he leaves the irc channel at the right moment) ☻
13:15 <pkunal-parmar> :)
13:15 <popey> https://code.launchpad.net/~yohanboniface/ubuntu-calendar-app/DatePicker/+merge/212163 is the other one that needs landing
13:15 <popey> which was pending some sdk landings
13:15 <pkunal-parmar> I think, it was pending on some test case fix
13:15 <popey> ah yes
13:16 <popey> I'll test it too and see
13:16 <pkunal-parmar> ok
13:17 <popey> balloons: seen https://code.launchpad.net/~thomir/ubuntu-calendar-app/trunk-fix-ugly-bits/+merge/221099 ?
13:17 <pkunal-parmar> meanwhile i applied some minor changes, which were suggested by design team
13:18 <balloons> popey, no I hadn't ty
13:18 <popey> Oh?
13:22 <popey> pkunal-parmar: in other news Nekhelesh has kicked off a weekly hangout for all the core apps devs.
13:23 <popey> It's a hangout on air so if people can't make it, it's archived on youtube
13:23 <pkunal-parmar> yes, i just seen the notification mail from youtube
13:23 <popey> The idea being to continue the collaboration we had at the sprint, make sure everyone was up to date.
13:24 <pkunal-parmar> ok
13:25 <pkunal-parmar> so I was also working on logic for how to display multiple event on same slot
13:25 <popey> Ok, I saw your scribbled diagrams at the sprint ☻
13:25 <pkunal-parmar> on prototype it seems to work
13:25 <popey> do you need someone with an especially busy calendar to test?
13:26 <pkunal-parmar> :) sure
13:26 <pkunal-parmar> it would be great to have test case
13:27 <popey> I agree. hmm.
13:28 <pkunal-parmar> anyway, I was planning to give you branch to test
13:29 <pkunal-parmar> looks like if it works for you then it should work for others as well
13:31 <popey> sure, I can test that pkunal-parmar
13:31 <pkunal-parmar> ok, great
13:32 <pkunal-parmar> I will integrate those changes to calendar and give you the link
13:32 <popey> Great, thanks!
13:34 <popey> Ok, anything else?
13:35 <pkunal-parmar> no nothing else
13:37 <popey> Ok, I'll get testing on those two branches, and just let me have the other when it's ready.
13:37 <popey> Thanks pkunal-parmar !
