Without restrictions it works perfectly now, on a Ubuntu Desktop classic system (Bionic) in parallel to the system's CUPS and cups-browsed (system on port 631 and snap on port 10631). Both CUPS instances are sharing their printers to the other. Printing (with filters) works. PDF interpreter is Poppler, as there are some features of cups-filters only working with Poppler.
