Now just need pgbouncer installed to hopefully resolve the problems we had a while ago. 16:13:00 - Talked with Michael Hall about patch piloting in other teams, provided Michael with a couple of scripts to help. 16:13:10 - CC: organised IRC Council restaffing, dealt RMB Asia/Oceania quorum issues - mailed general thoughts to RMBs/CC.
